Balance Agents

• Open Management Console

• Click on Agent Managed

• Click on Personalize view (If you see Remotely Manageable no need to perform this step)

• Select the below 2 options in addition to the options already selected -> Click on OK

• Sort by Remotely Manageable

Note only Healthy Servers can be moved

• Select the servers  and click on ‘Change Primary Management Server’

• Select the Management Server where the agents needs to be moved -> Click on OK

 

• Confirm if the new # of agents changed in the MS
