Adding New Subscribers in SCOM Alerts

• Connect to the Management Server
• Open ‘Operations Manager’ Console
• Click on ‘Administration’

•  Click on ‘Notifications’ -> ‘Subscriptions’

•  On the ‘Subscriptions’ pane select the subscription where the new subscribers need to be added

•  Right Click on the Subscription -> Properties

•  Click on Subscribers

•  Click on ‘New’

•  Add the Subscriber alias

•  Click on Next
•  Select the desired option as below

•   Click on Next
•   Click on ‘Add’
•   Enter the email address

•   Click on Next

• Click on Next
• 
  

•  Click on Finish
•  Click on Finish
•  Check if the below message is getting displayed:
• 
  

•  Click on Close
•  Confirm if the new alias is a part of the  Subscribers

•  Click on the new alias and click on ‘Next’
•  Click on Next

•   Click on Finish

 

•  The below message will be seen

•  Click on Close
